As a Certified Financial Planner TM (CFP®), I am committed to helping my clients live their ideal life and retire comfortably by providing financial advice and a financial plan to take action.

As part of the financial planning and wealth building process, I uncover what my clients like to spend time doing, what lifestyle they want to live, what their dreams are, what they want to do in retirement, their bucket list and any other life goal that they wouldn’t feel complete without accomplishing.

My Clients choose to work with me because 1-I don’t sell financial products or steer my clients to commission based products; 2-they know that I am not only driven, but also devoted to helping them make their worries go away; and 3-they know that honesty and trust are part of my DNA.

MY CREDENTIALS

I began my financial career working in the trenches at Fidelity Investments, the fourth largest mutual fund and financial services group in the world. Being adaptable and a fast learner, I quickly advanced into leadership positions. Managing an operations team, working in problem resolution and navigating through the .com crash in 2000 and the 2008 financial crisis allowed me to sharpen my financial expertise.

I felt great about helping people realize their financial dreams but I began to realize that just focusing on the investments wasn't enough.  I wanted to provide a service to clients that not only delivered investment results but helped them with their entire financial picture; insurance, benefits, debt, taxes, estate planning and social security.  I knew that these financial decisions have just as big, if not bigger, impact on their bottom line and on their family as their investment decisions. To realize that vision, I opened Cote Financial Planning, LLC and obtained my CFP®.

THE BIG PICTURE

Did you know that only about 20 percent of financial advisers have the CFP® certification? As a CFP® my commitment goes beyond “advising.” I strategize, devise and deliver a financial plan that serves as a comprehensive, action-oriented roadmap for my clients.

I am adept at connecting all the dots (the who, what, where, when and how – not just the how much) for my clients, asking the hard-hitting questions and sharing hard truths so that they fully understand and appreciate all the pieces and parts – the big picture – of the wealth building + happiness equation.

DYNAMIC FINANCIAL PLANS

I believe that your financial situation is not static and your financial plan should not be either. I view the financial plan as a “living, breathing” and dynamic document. My clients know they can rely on me to continually evaluate and reevaluate the plan – and when necessary recommend changes to keep them on track
